On-Demand Access

Recordings available for those who missed the live event — perfect for global teams, shift workers, and asynchronous viewing. The platform automatically records the meeting, so the recorded content is accessible for people to watch later, when they are ready.

What town hall live streaming includes

Town hall live streaming is the crew, gear and producer that turn an in-room leadership meeting into a broadcast every employee can watch — in the office, at home, in the field or on a plant floor. DFW Live Stream produces it end to end: we come to your venue in Dallas–Fort Worth, set up and test the day before, run the show live, and hand you a clean recording the same day. Your presenters walk in, present, and walk out.

Cameras and switching

Two or more broadcast cameras (typically Canon CR-N500 PTZs), switched live so remote viewers see the speaker, the slides and the room — not a static wide shot for an hour.

Audio you can actually hear

We take a clean feed from the room's microphones or bring our own wireless and mixer. Bad audio is the number-one reason people leave a stream; it's the first thing we engineer.

Graphics and slides

Branded lower thirds, name titles, your slide deck captured directly (not filmed off the screen), pre-roll and holding slides, and video playback inside the broadcast.

Reliable delivery

Hardwired venue internet with bonded-cellular backup (LiveU), and a producer monitoring the output the whole time. Delivered to Zoom, Microsoft Teams, YouTube, Vimeo or a private branded page.

Remote presenters and Q&A

Executives dialing in from another office join the broadcast as a clean camera source, and we support moderated Q&A and polls so the remote audience participates instead of just watching.

Recording and replay

The full program is recorded and delivered in a usable format the same day for shift workers, global teams and anyone who missed it live — plus edited clips if you want them.

What a town hall live stream costs in Dallas–Fort Worth

On-site town hall live streams with DFW Live Stream typically start around $3,900 for a two-person crew, two cameras, professional audio, graphics, streaming and recording. Most single-day corporate town halls land between $3,900 and $10,000 depending on how many cameras and crew the room needs, whether there's a separate setup and testing day ($2,250–$3,750, and required for any event where failure isn't an option), and how much graphics and post-event work you want. Every event is quoted individually — the full breakdown is in our guide to what it costs to livestream an event.

Fully remote town hall where nobody is in a room together? That's produced as a virtual event: a single produced session is $1,595. See virtual event production and how we produce a virtual town hall.

How it works

Discovery call. Fifteen minutes on the venue, the audience, the platform and the date. Planning. We build the run of show with your comms team, collect slides and graphics, and confirm private-access requirements with IT. Setup and test. The day before (or early the same day for simple rooms), we load in, run cable, test cameras, audio and the stream, and rehearse the handoffs. Show day. The producer runs the broadcast start to finish. Delivery. Recording, clips and viewer numbers, usually the same day. If your town hall is confidential, read how we handle private, employee-only livestreams.

Frequently asked questions

Who can livestream a corporate town hall in Dallas?

DFW Live Stream produces corporate town hall live streams across Dallas–Fort Worth — Dallas, Fort Worth, Plano, Irving, Arlington and the surrounding metro — with a multi-camera crew, professional audio, branded graphics, redundant streaming and a dedicated producer. We've produced 500+ events over 15+ years for companies including NVIDIA, IBM, Brinks, JLL and JPI.

How much does it cost to livestream a town hall?

On-site town hall live streams typically start around $3,900 and most run $3,900 to $10,000 for a single day, depending on cameras, crew, setup day and deliverables. Fully virtual town halls with remote presenters are $1,595 per produced session.

Can you stream privately so only employees can watch?

Yes. We deliver to your own Zoom, Teams or Vimeo account, a password-protected or SSO-gated viewing page, or a domain-restricted stream, so the broadcast is only visible to your people and the recording stays under your control.

Can remote executives present alongside the people in the room?

Yes. Remote presenters join through a link and come into the broadcast as a clean camera source with their own lower third. We test each of them before the event.

Do we need our own AV company too?

Not usually. For a town hall we can provide the cameras, audio and streaming ourselves. If the venue already has an in-house AV team, we integrate with their audio and screens — the difference is explained in livestream company vs. AV company.

How far in advance should we book?

Four to six weeks is comfortable for an on-site town hall and leaves room for a proper planning pass and a setup day. Quarterly programs are often booked for the whole year so the same crew and look come back every time.
