What conference live streaming includes
Conference live streaming is a multi-camera broadcast of your general session — and, if you need it, your breakout rooms — produced on site by a crew that also records every session for on-demand use. DFW Live Stream handles it end to end in Dallas–Fort Worth venues from hotel ballrooms to convention centers: planning with your event team, a setup and testing day, the live production, and per-session recordings and analytics afterward.
Multi-camera general session
Two to four broadcast cameras (Canon CR-N500 PTZs plus operated cameras where the room calls for it), switched live between speakers, panels, slides and the audience.
Breakout rooms
Simultaneous streams from multiple rooms, each with its own camera, audio feed and operator, so remote attendees choose their track just like people in the building.
Audio and presentation capture
Board feed from the venue's sound system or our own mics and mixer; slides captured directly from the presenter's laptop instead of filmed off the screen.
IMAG and screens
Where the room needs it, the same camera feeds go to the big screens so the back rows can see — see IMAG, explained.
Redundant streaming
Hardwired venue internet with bonded-cellular backup, a producer watching the output, and delivery to YouTube, Vimeo, Zoom, a webinar platform or a registration-gated branded page.
Recordings and analytics
Every session recorded and delivered as a clean file for on-demand viewing, plus viewer data and session-level numbers for sponsors and stakeholders.

How it works
Discovery. Venue, dates, number of rooms, audience and platform. Planning. We build the run of show with your event team, coordinate with the venue's AV and internet, collect sponsor and speaker graphics, and confirm access rules (public, registered or private). Setup and test. Load-in the day before, cable runs, camera positions, audio checks, a test stream and a rehearsal of speaker transitions. Show days. A producer runs each room's broadcast; operators cover the cameras. Delivery. Per-session recordings, highlight clips and viewer data. What changes when the event runs more than one day is covered in multi-day conference livestreaming.
